Fees and insurance

Individual: children, youth, adults (50 minutes) - $175

Couples: (75 minutes) - $250 (private pay only, superbill provided)

Payment is due at the end of each therapy hour by either cash, check, or card. I am an in-network provider for Premera and Lifewise insurance plans. For all other insurance plans I can provide a Superbill as an out-of-network provider. Couples therapy is billed directly to clients, with a Superbill provided for reimbursement.

Cancelations and Reschedule - I require 48 hours notice for cancelations or rescheduled sessions; sessions cancelled within the 48-hour window will incur my full fee. Insurance does not cover canceled sessions.
