Andrew Fontana, MA, LMHC
I call my self a psychotherapist because I work from the premise that much of what influences how we feel and the choices we make exists outside of our day to day awareness (what Iād call the unconscious). I bring the following modalities and practices into our work together; attachment theory, relational therapy, narrative therapy, internal family systems and mindfulness.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LH61255086) in the State of Washington. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in Seattle, Washington.
I work with adults, adolescents and children, as well as couples. I specialize in the areas of sexuality, shame and relational attachment and broadly within the symptoms of anxiety and depression.
